Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be.
This chuck roll is incredibly good value. Being grass fed, this beef has a beautiful strong flavour. It can be diced or cooked whole and is perfect for low and slow cooking. Our butchers are happy to prepare this cut of beef however you like in-store.
