Our Farm beef comes fresh from the family farm at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. All cattle are single-origin, grass fed, antibiotic and hormone free. It’s beef, the way nature intended it to be. 

One of our favourite cuts of meat here, beef short ribs are packed full of the most incredible flavour. The layers of fat and bone keep the ribs moist and tender during the cooking process. They are best cooked low and slow and are delicious with very simple herbs and spices, but also take on the flavour of marinades well.
